Each individual may hold only one abc222 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. abc222 will never apply retroactive wagering changes to an active bonus without notice.
Withdrawals require a verified account. abc222 processes withdrawal requests within the timelines stated in the Payments section. KYC documentation may be required before first withdrawal.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abc222 login credentials. abc222 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by credential sharing.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the regulatory framework administered by PAGCOR for online gaming activities.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and abc222 ("abc222", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, content, and features available at abc222.one and any associated subdomains or applications.
By creating an abc222 account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual games or promotions, which are posted at the relevant locations on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Each natural person may register and hold only one (1) abc222 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. abc222 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate registrations.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to update this information promptly should it change. abc222 is not liable for consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your abc222 account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you unless you have promptly notified abc222 in writing of suspected unauthorised access.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations and responsible gaming obligations, abc222 is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures. By registering, you consent to abc222 requesting and processing verification documents as reasonably required.
Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine national ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), and documentation relating to payment methods used (such as a screenshot of a GCash or Maya account confirming ownership).
abc222 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
abc222 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and select over-the-counter payment partners. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. abc222 will not process deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed, and associated winnings may be voided.
abc222 does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated. abc222 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.
All deposits are final once credited to your abc222 balance. Deposits cannot be reversed except where required by law or in cases of demonstrable technical error.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. abc222 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Payments information page, subject to successful KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been met.
abc222 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests and may request supplementary documentation as part of this process. Large withdrawal requests (above thresholds set by abc222 from time to time) may be subject to enhanced verification and potentially processed in instalments.
abc222 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets not previously approved, or anonymous payment instruments.
abc222 offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms applicable to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports bets), eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms will be communicated clearly at the time each offer is presented.
Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the same wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
abc222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical malfunction. In the event of cancellation, any bonus balance will be removed from the Player's account and any winnings derived solely from the bonus funds in question may be voided.
Players who self-exclude or who have accounts flagged for suspicious activity are not eligible to claim bonuses or promotions during the relevant restriction period.
All games available on abc222 are supplied by third-party providers operating under their own licences and subject to certified random number generator ("RNG") systems independently audited for fairness. abc222 makes no representations regarding the outcome of any game, and all gameplay results are final.
In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during gameplay, abc222 will attempt to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the interruption. Where this is not technically possible, the round in question will be voided and any stake returned to the Player's account.
abc222 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error in odds or game settings has occurred (including software malfunctions, errors in pay tables, or incorrectly displayed odds). Manifest error voids will be communicated to affected Players promptly.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on abc222 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
abc222 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account reasonably suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct, to void associated bets and bonuses, and to report suspected criminal activity to relevant Philippine authorities.
abc222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available within the account settings section after login.
Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to access the Platform during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without express written consent from abc222 is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
abc222's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits abc222's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
abc222 may suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) required by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or (d) abc222 determines in its reasonable discretion that continuation of the account poses a financial, legal, reputational, or regulatory risk.
Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and any applicable investigation.
Players may voluntarily close their abc222 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited.
abc222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in relation to any such dispute.
Where disputes relate specifically to online gaming activity regulated under the PAGCOR framework, applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures may apply in addition to these Terms.
